Weld Mold¢ç 4141 (DC-RP) - For welding Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 to themselves or each other; welding the clad side of nickel-clad steel; and overlaying on steel. The reaction of titanium with carbon in the weld metal maintains a low level of free carbon and enables the electrode to be used with the low-carbon composition of Nickel 201. Dissimilar-welding applications include joints between Nickel 200 or 201 and various iron-base and nickel-base alloys.

Weld Mold¢ç 4182 (DC-RP) - Used for welding Inconel¢ç alloys 600 and 601 to themselves or each other. This alloy can produce weld deposits that meet stringent radiographic requirements. Dissimilar-welding applications include joining Inconel¢ç alloy 800 to carbon steel, stainless steel, Nickel 200 and Monel¢ç alloy 400 to carbon steel; joining Monel¢ç alloy 400 to carbon steel; joining Nickel 200 to stainless steel; and joining stainless steel to carbon steel. Weld Mold¢ç 4637 (DC-RP) - For joining and particularly for the overlay of Udimet¢ç alloys 500 and 520. It has high resistance to high temperatures and impact and maintains high strength and toughness at elevated temperatures. Primarily used for repair and reclamation of rapid-blow rotary forge dies. Also used for build-up and repair of Waspaloy.¢ç
