Polywear® 320 (AC/DC) - A complex carbide in a tough matrix which offers extreme resistance to abrasion, oxidation and erosion. It will maintain its hardness at temperatures over 1,100F, making it an excellent choice for cintering plants, cement works and steel-mill blast-furnace bells.

Polymang® 325 (AC/DC) - A versatile joining, surfacing and buildup material depositing "Hadfield"-type manganese steel. Excellent for buffer layers before depositing hard-facing overlays. Used to join manganese to manganese and to carbon and stainless steels. Other uses include impact hammers, crusher rolls, bucket teeth, railroad frogs and crossovers. Deposits can be flame-cut but machinability is generally poor. Non-magnetic.

Polywear® 329 (AC/DC) - A high-carbon/high-chrome/moly alloy for excellent resistance to abrasion, heat and impact, good hardness at temperatures over 1,000F and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion up to 1,800F. Uses include overlay of sand pumps, impellers and bucket teeth/lips.

Polywear® 331 (AC/DC) - A chrome/nickel/moly alloy used where resistance to abrasion or impact, compressive strength and low friction are required. Multi-layer deposits will cross-check slightly. Applications include food processing equipment such as expeller screws and liners, debarking hammers in the paper industry and components in the mining industry.

Polywear® 333 - A high-carbon/chrome/moly alloy with excellent resistance to abrasion and moderate impact properties. The deposit will uniformly cross-check and cannot be flame cut. Used for pulverizer rolls, steel-mill guides, bucket lips and slides.

Polywear® 334 - An all-purpose medium-carbon, medium-chrome hardfacing alloy with good resistance to abrasion and impact. The deposit can be applied without cross-checking, depending on the base metal and procedure. Used primarily on moderate impact and abrasion applications such as crusher rolls, hammer mills dredge-pump shells and crusher components.

Polywear® 335 (AC/DC) - An economical hard-facing alloy for resistance to severe abrasion and light to medium impact. It is a high-silicon, chrome-steel alloy which can achieve Rc 58 on the first pass. Uses include dredge parts, earth-moving and farm equipment.

Polywear® 339 (AC/DC) - A high-strength chrome/manganese austenitic stainless steel designed as an excellent universal alloy for buildup and general repair of manganese and carbon steel components. Used for joining manganese steel to manganese, mild, low-alloy and stainless steels. Deposits cannot be flame-cut, are non-magnetic and machinability is poor. Applications include railroad frogs and switches, steel-mill wobblers and couplings, earth-moving equipment and crushing components

Polywear® 350 (AC/DC) - A chrome/nickel/moly alloy designed to resist galling, seizing, impact and metal-to-metal wear at high temperatures. Primarily used as an overlay on steel-mill rolls subject to heat checking; also for hot shear blades, punches and trim dies.

Polywear® 353 (AC/DC) - A high-chromium alloy that provides the ultimate chromium carbide formations in an austenitic matrix for resistance to sever abrasion and moderate impact. The uniformly extruded coating and special core wire assures low temperature fusion wih minimum penetration of the base metal. Welds take a high polish in service and maintain hardness up to 900F. Uses include hard-facing of muller tires, pug-mill knives, conveyors and earth-moving equipment.

Polywear® 354 (AC/DC) - A high-carbon, chromium alloy with molybdenum and nickel for resistance to severe abrasion and heavy impact. Low temperature fusion with minimum penetration of the base metal. Uses include hard-facing of dipper teeth, crusher jaws, hammer mills, shot- and sand-blasting equipment.

Polywear® 394 (AC/DC) - The alloying elements in 394 are designed to resist impact, abrasion, metal-to-metal wear, thermal shock and oxidation at high temperatures. Typical applications are automobile fragmentizer discs and knuckles, tong bits, shear blades, skid pipe and hot-forming tools. It is machinable and non-magnetic.

Polywear® 420 Mod. (AC/DC) - The standard for most steel-mill roll reclamation, this modified 420 stainless alloy is designed to resist metal-to-metal wear, metal pickup, oxidation at high temperatures and hot abrasion with freedom from cross-checking. Uses include overlays of blast furnace bells and hoppers, steel-mill rolls, brake drums and crane wheels. Can be tempered to lower hardness.

Polywear® 555 (DC-RP) - A semi and fully automatic surfacing alloy similar in composition to H-12 tool steel for overlay of components subject to abrasion, impact and high compressive loads. Polywear® KK22 (DC/RP) - A columbium-bearing chrome/nickel/moly/vanadium overlay alloy developed to resist thermal cracking, corrosion, and wear on continuous casting machine rolls. A 400% improvement in roll life has been experienced by steel producers who have switched from 420 Mod. Stainless steel to KK 22.

Polywear® 1304-FC - A high-manganese/vanadium alloy designed for tough, multi-layer buildup that will work-harden rapidly with impact. The weld deposit can be flame cut and is non-magnetic. Used primarily for reclamation of crusher rolls, impactor hammers and similar applications where good strength and impact resistance are needed.

Polywear® 1305-FC - A medium-carbon chrom/austenitic/manganese steel alloy designed to provide a tough, ductile layer of work-hardening weld metal. Uses include the joining of medium- and high-carbon steels to austenitic manganese steel and as a buildup prior to overlaying with a more wear-resistant alloy. Deposits are non-machinable, non-magnetic and can be flame cut.

Polywear® 1325-FC - A chrome/nickel/moly alloy designed for applications where a tough, high-tensile, machinable weld deposit is required. Excellent for buildups and the joining of heavy equipment, as in the steel and construction industries. Similar in properties to Weld Mold? 525. Machinability is excellent.
